Molly Macom: Vice President
Bringing Leadership, Commitment & Advocacy to West Linn’s Business Community Molly has made West Linn her home since 1967 and serves as Designated Broker /Owner of Westlake Properties. Her commitment to excellence in real estate is reflected in consistent five-star ratings through Portland Monthly magazine as a “Five Star Agent”. Throughout her career, Molly has been a strong supporter of West Linn which is especially evident through her years of service. She has worked tirelessly to ensure the ongoing strength of the West Linn business community and continues making contributions to West Linn. Looking ahead, Molly would like to help the Chamber through establishing a renewed focus on working with the City of West Linn to strengthen the West Linn business community, create value for members by revitalizing and rebuilding the Chamber, bring enthusiasm and innovation to networking events and build relationships with all area businesses owners as a means to cultivate Chamber growth and business diversity.
Kris joined Pacific West Bank in April 2009. With more than 35 years of banking experience, Kris’ primary focus is business development of both deposit and lending relationships. Kris currently is on the Board of Directors of the West Linn Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Oregon City Rotary club and past Membership chairperson, and is a member of the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce. Kris was formerly on the Board of the Clackamas County Historical Society. Kris is a native Oregonian living here most of her life.
Diana Lipton: Treasurer
Diana’s real estate career began in 1984. Her service is personalized,detail-oriented and client focused with a commitment to excellence. Her Lifetime Achievement Awards include completion of well over a thousand transactions and earned her acceptance into the Luxury Home Council. She is proud to serve on the Board and has volunteered her marketing skills to help the Chamber create a stronger online presence, which will emphasize the value of the West Linn Chamber of Commerce to businesses and the community.
Kristin Van Gordon was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After she graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Economics, she married her husband Ryan. In 2012 she moved her family to West Linn for the small town feel and exceptional school district for her 3 children. She owned her own business for 10 years before embarking on a new career as a Mortgage Loan Officer with LoanStar Home Lending. She is passionate about helping people find the best personalized mortgage plan to fit their family’s needs. Kristin joined the West Linn Chamber of Commerce early in 2017 and soon joined the board as Networking Director. She is passionate about the success of our local community and the businesses, employees and families who live and work here.

Russel Williams has lived in the Pacific Northwest his entire life and chose West Linn in 2013 to open the State Farm Insurance office in the Cascade Summit shopping center because of the community. Russel has a B.A. in Business Management and has worked in the customer facing side of a State Farm agency for 10 years. He started his career passionate about and still believes our focus, no matter what we do, is on the customer experience. Russel is proud of our community and joined the West Linn Chamber of Commerce in 2016 to find ways to help local business and the community members that live here. For this reason Russel joined the board of directors in 2017 to reinforce the Chamber’s focus on growing and becoming a resource for everyone in West Linn.
