Kim Bria
Kim joined the Chamber in 2020 to support local businesses navigating the challenges of 2020/21. She is a champion of “shop local, shop small” with a vision of businesses thriving and growing in West Linn. Kim also serves on the West Linn Transportation and Sustainability Advisory Boards, areas tied directly to the function of jobs and livability in West Linn.
Specializing in strategic long-term planning, with a background in operations and business development, Kim enjoys finding opportunities for business owners to be resilient and adaptable to future conditions.
She can be seen around town at Wednesdays in Willamette Summer Market, kayaking, skating, or snowboarding. The creativity in her backyard retreat is kept alive by an abundance of local garden centers and the West Linn Garden Club.
Kim Bria, Business Development
Shatrine Krake is a Willamette Valley native and is thrilled to invest her time and energy back into her community, especially when it allows time for program development, strategic planning, and support focusing on small business growth, equatability, and empowerment in West Linn! Her goal is to actively encourage and facilitate a business environment that works harmoniously to provide services, information, and support to members, residents, businesses, neighborhood associations, visitors, and government agencies alike. Shatrine is passionate about helping local businesses to connect, grow and thrive!
In late 2020, Shatrine had the opportunity to collaborate with six other Chamber Executives to form the Clackamas County Business Recovery Centers (BRC) during the COVID-19 pandemic. To see how the Lake Oswego & West Linn BRC is currently serving our community, please visit wanderwillamette.com.
You will find Shatrine and her family walking with their pup on local trails, enjoying delicious food from local restaurants, and finding other amazing adventures to embark on in West Linn.

Noelle Brooks desires nothing more than to help her fellow professionals. Her mentors and networking opportunities have given her wonderful insight and knowledge about growing businesses and helping them thrive. Being a part of the West Linn Chamber allows her to give back to the community and help continue the growth of the amazing area we love.
Noelle is the Principal Broker for Acre + Loft Group. Having lived across the United States, Noelle chose to call Portland her home some 20+ years ago. Since that time she has bought and sold, hunted, remodeled, and sold again. She loves what she does. She loves the process and the people she meets along the way. Just when she thinks she knows every corner of this great city and its bedroom communities, she turns off the beaten path to find another gem. It’s this constant search and love of architecture, the events, people, and cultures that make up the very distinct neighborhoods of Portland that brings Noelle home from all her travels near and far. She knows we truly live in a very special place. It’s her job and delight to help you with your lifestyle and what home means to you.
